Business School holds a meeting for new international students


On September 14, Business School held a meeting for international students in the new semester, where Professor Tian Li, Associate Dean of Business School, the Directors and staff of the Office of International Exchange and Accreditation, and the Office of Undergraduate Program, and 9 international students from 3 continents and 7 countries gathered together to welcome the arrival of the new semester.



The meeting was hosted by the director of the Office of International Exchange and Accreditation. On behalf of the school, Associate Dean Tian Li extended a warm welcome to the new international students who joined the business school family, she introduced the development history, characteristics and future development direction of the business school, encouraged international students to actively integrate into the daily learning and campus life of the school, and sent a message to international students to cherish their study time, and at the same time strengthen exchanges and interactions with Chinese students. It is hoped that international students will have a broad and in-depth understanding of China and play a bridging role for international exchanges and cooperation. Mr. Li Dongyuan, Director of the Office of Undergraduate Program, briefly introduced the work content of the office, answered the problems encountered by undergraduate students at the beginning of the semester, and wished that international students adapt to the new learning environment as soon as possible, make full use of the teaching resources of the school, and successfully complete their studies.

 

This meeting made the international students feel the enthusiasm and care of the college, enhanced their sense of belonging, and looked forward to the study abroad life this semester. After the meeting, the staff of the Office of International Exchange and Certification led the international students to visit the Office of Undergraduate Teaching, the Office of Graduate Teaching and the Office of International Exchange and Accreditation.
