Traditional healthcare is being challenged globally and the need for behavioral change at multiple levels is generally recognized, as has been brought to the fore by the recent pandemic. Fortunately, change opportunities abound and much has been tried. Unfortunately, not all change attempts are successful, especially over time. Achieving sustained behavioral change is illusive and requires integrated attention to a wide range of issues. This talk will present perspectives on sustained behavioral in healthcare based on accumulated experience. Examples of demonstrated success will be provided.
