Abstract：

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) became the international standard when in 2005, listed companies in European Union countries were required to report consolidated financial statements prepared according to IFRS. Now 15 years later, we can draw a balance between the advantages and disadvantages of switching to IFRS.
