Application

Eligibility

Exchange students who wish to study at Nankai University Business School must be from an institute that has an active Student Exchange Agreement with Nankai and:

Must be enrolled at least 2 semesters at home institute

Language proficiency of either English or Chinese is highly recommended, but not compulsory

For Courses Taught in English

If exchange students from non-native English-speaking countries select classes taught in English, it is preferred that they have a TOEFL Proficiency Level of 80(IBT) or IELTS of 6.0. A language certificate is not required.

For Courses Taught in Chinese

If exchange students select classes taught in Chinese, they must take an HSK (Chinese Mandarin Test) test and the score must be above level five.

Application Procedures

You are advised to talk with your study aboard advisor or academic advisor of your home institute before applying.

Incoming Students:

Prepare the application materials ready

Home Coordinator:    

Nominate the qualified students to NK Coordinator by email

Submit application materials online and by mail    

Nankai Coordinator:   

Review the documents of the nominated students

Send the admission package

Official transcripts of your academic achievement up to the present. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.

Admission Package

An admission package will be sent to the exchange coordinator of our partner universities by early December for spring semester, early June for fall semester. Package includes:

Registration

Upon arrival at Nankai students must go to the Office for International Students’ Affairs, Nankai University to register.
